What is SPARKalize

If you’re reading this, it means you feel like your creative spark could use a reignition, or maybe even that you feel it’s lost completely. That’s not the case. Life gets busy, energy gets scattered, and it can feel like there’s never a “good time” to focus on yourself, but your creativity is still there, waiting to flow.

I’m Alexandra Apostol, a qualified Life Coach based in London, and I understand that feeling. For years, I had a day-to-day job that left little room for my creative side. I loved crafting, designing, and imagining new projects, but it never felt like the right time. Eventually, I gave myself permission to follow that spark—and I created and illustrated my first children’s book. That experience reminded me how fulfilling it can be to bring your ideas to life, and how much joy and energy it adds to everyday life.

That’s exactly what I help you do. Your creativity doesn’t need to fit a label, it can take many forms. It could be trying out painting, crafts, photography, writing, journaling, cooking, planting a small garden, or exploring a side project you’ve been thinking about for ages. Together, we’ll figure out what lights you up, find ways to bring it into your life, and give it space to grow, even if it feels small at first.

SPARKalize = spark + materialise. Your creativity is already inside you, it just needs a spark to start flowing. Sometimes, all it takes is a little guidance and space to see how it can flourish, giving you energy, confidence, and joy along the way.

New to Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity on what you truly want and support you in taking meaningful action to create positive change in your life.

Rather than focusing on the past, coaching gently brings your attention to the present moment and what is possible for you moving forward. Through open, supportive conversations and thoughtful, well-placed questions, a life coach helps you uncover what really matters to you. Along the way, you may begin to notice patterns, beliefs, or habits that have been quietly holding you back.

From there, coaching is about turning awareness into action. Together, you break things down into simple, practical steps that feel achievable and aligned with you. With ongoing support and accountability, you move beyond just thinking about change, you begin to live it. Over time, this process can build confidence, strengthen your sense of direction, and support lasting personal growth.

What coaching is:

  • A supportive space to explore goals, ideas, and possibilities through powerful questions

  • A process that encourages clarity, accountability, and practical action

  • A partnership focused on personal growth and shaping the future you want

What coaching is NOT:

  • Therapy, counselling, or treatment for mental health conditions

  • Advice-giving or someone telling you what you should do, you remain fully responsible for your choices and the outcomes you create

  • A place to diagnose or analyse past psychological trauma

"Working with Alex has been such a positive experience. She has incredible energy and a real sense of drive that shines through in every session. I really appreciated how she took the lead and created a clear structure for our conversations. I tend to be quite all over the place with my thoughts, but Alex always found a gentle way to bring me back to the point and help me focus, even when I found it a bit frustrating at times, I can now see how valuable that was. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to make much more progress than I would have managed on my own."

Bianca I.

"I found Alex’s questions in all our sessions helped me to identify the session goals I wanted to achieve and I left each session with a firm plan of action. Alex helped me to identify how to use my strengths to achieve my goals and helped me to come up with various options that made me think outside the box. Alex was a great coach and I have now worked out my niche, resolved the issue with my sister and set up a fitness plan to get my fitness back on track."

I cannot recommend Alexandra highly enough to anyone seeking a coach who combines professionalism, compassion, and a proven ability to deliver results."

Konceta G

"Just wanted to say a big thank you for our coaching sessions. From the start, you made me feel safe, heard, and never judged. I could actually talk about what was on my mind—worries, dreams, all of it, because you really listened and cared. Your questions were gentle but got me thinking. You helped me sort through the mess in my head without pushing. I appreciated that you gave me space when I needed it and let me guide the pace. It all felt really personal and mine. Even when you challenged my thinking, you did it with kindness, which made it easier to see things differently. Because of your calm support and the way you kept tying everything back to what matters to me, I’ve come out of this with more clarity, confidence, and actual steps I know I can take. You made the big stuff feel doable and always celebrated the small wins. I’ve genuinely grown - not just in how I handle life and work, but in how I see myself."
